  • How far in advance can I book my cleanings?
    If you're scheduling a one-time deep clean, you can book it as far as four weeks in advance. If you're scheduling a recurring clean, you can take comfort in knowing Brilliant Maids will visit your home on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as long as you'd like.
  • Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?
    Nope! Our Brilliant Maids come fully equipped with all their own eco-friendly cleaning products and instruments. We worry about it so you don't have to!
  • Are your maids bonded and insured?
    Yes, Brilliant Maids are both bonded and insured. Furthermore, we do background checks on all our employees so you can put your full trust and confidence in our services. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us.
  • Whom would I direct any feedback/concerns to?
    Please direct any and all questions concerns to info@brilliantmaids.com. When your cleaning is completed, we will send you a feedback form to rate your experience.
  • How do I pay?
    We accept most major credit and debit cards. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until the day of service.
  • What is your worry-free guarantee?
    Customer satisfaction is the greatest importance to us. If your cleaning doesn't meet your expectations, we will come back and clean your home again. If you're still ultimately not satisfied, we will give you a full refund.
  • Do I have to tip the team that cleans my home?
    Brilliant Maids are cleaning professionals and they are paid to reflect the excellent work they do. You are certainly not obligated to tip them, though any tips will be kindly received.
  • Do you offer laundry service?
    Unfortunately, laundry is not one of the services we provide.
  • Can you clean my oven?
    Absolutely. Brilliant Maids are oven cleaning machines! Simply select the additional "oven cleaning service" while making your appointment, and your oven will be shining like the day you bought it!
  • Do you clean vents?
    If vents are within reach, we will clean them, but we won't clean ducts – we leave those to the HVAC professionals!
  • Can I provide my own cleaning products?
    Brilliant Maids will happily use your cleaning products as long as they are Green Seal Certified. It is our goal to ensure your home, your family, and our employees are not exposed to toxins in cleaning products. Because of our goals and mission, we reserve the right to use our own products if those provided don't fit our standards.
  • Do you change linens?
    We will happily change your linens. Simply leave out fresh linens and towels and we will take care of the rest!
  • I have 4 dogs, is that a problem?
    We love pets! As long as they don’t cause harm or get in the way of Brilliant Maids doing their jobs, pets are not a problem.
